Have specific goals in mind? Want detailed work designed to meet your specific needs and wants? Have a doctors note to try yoga? Here is where you get one on one time with the lead trainer to understand whats happening in your body and create a plan to make an impact with all the tools yoga and Kaya has to offer.

Cancelation Policy

No Call, No Show : You will be charged the full price of your session. If you can cancel 2-12 hours prior to massage it's a 50% charge. No charge if given 24 hour notice.
