CAN I TEMPORARILY SUSPEND MY MEMBERSHIP?
Of course. If you're going out of town, debilitated with an injury etc. & are unable to make use of your membership, just let our front desk know or email us at with your first & last name & the details regarding your situation. We want you to make the most of your time with us! So please do not hesitate to ask.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
Submit an email to with your first & last name & reason for cancelling. A studio manager will email you a confirmation of my request 3 business days after the cancellation has been submitted via this online web form, or contact us at 714-600-6344.* Your membership cannot be canceled while it is on hold/suspended. Memberships canceled while frozen will incur one additional monthly payment prior to being canceled. Your membership will be active for the entire month after that final payment. Kaya Yoga Remedy does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a suspended membership. Kaya Yoga Remedy does however makes exceptions that fall within the following categories; military leave, pregnancy, medical disability, or moving outside of a studio region. If your cancellation request falls within these categories, please provide sufficient documentation by emailing email@example.com.
