We charge our cells phones every night, but how do you recharge your mind? The secret may be in your breath. Pranayama is a type of yogic breathing that has the ability to quickly increase energy, release stress, improve mental clarity, and improve physical health.


First Friday of the Month, stay around for about 15 minutes after any yoga class for a brief meditation "sit". Pranayama is taught in a clear, simple manner, helping you prepare for the upcoming weekend. Free for Kaya Yoga Remedy members!
