CANDLELIGHT RESTORATIVE / YIN YOGA
This class is great for muscle recovery and a great way to reduce stress. Restorative yoga increases flexibility and improves sleep. This class is passive poses without flexing the muscles that are held for 2-5 minutes so the connective tissue can release. This is good for athletes as well as those looking for a more gentle class. This class is like the cherry on top of the dessert.
