The 200-hour Kaya Yoga Remedy Teacher Training is led by Gilbert Naungayan E-RYT 500 and Ashley Naungayan E-RYT 500. This program is certified through the Yoga Alliance. Both Gilbert and Ashley have extensively studied and continue to study with Noah Mazé, along with several other master teachers.

This program will give you the tools you need to be an effective and confident yoga teacher. Gilbert and Ashley know firsthand the requirements of becoming a leader within this ever-expanding yoga community, and regularly stay up to date with information to share with their students. This is a program designed for students of all levels, and is not exclusive to those who wish to teach yoga; from beginners searching for more from their practice, to already trained teachers looking to expand their yogic knowledge. We dive deep into various types of asana, anatomy, meditation, pranayama, and philosophy - which will provide skills that open different avenues for self-reflection. Our program will prepare you to teach, and is also a program of personal development and transformation. You will gain deeper insight into your physical asana practice while beginning to explore the terrains of your consciousness and heart. We will all become students as we allow the classroom of life to become our teacher.

This program is accredited through the Yoga Alliance for a 200-hour Certification. Upon completion of the program, students will be qualified to receive a Registered Yoga Teacher Certification through the Yoga Alliance. Students gain the experience, knowledge, and ability to teach a thorough, well-rounded class while also expanding within their own personal practices through increased body and mental awareness. With a strong alignment background in Iyengar philosophy, asana technique is taught with precision anatomical principles and mindful fusions of Hatha/Vinyasa styles. Students also have the opportunities to learn from guest teachers in philosophy, anatomy, and pose clinic courses. This process of learning such material in-depth requires time to fully integrate and assimilate. Students will have the space to learn and grow within this 6 month program.

Kaya Yoga Remedy Alum share their experience with our 200hr Teacher Training:
